Influential Encounters - Boston Dinner December 2024
December 2024, we hosted our first-ever Influential Encounters dinner event in Boston, and it was nothing short of a dream come true.
A gorgeous room filled with strong, ambitious women from the snow and ice management industry came together to share stories, build connections, and uplift one another. The atmosphere was electric with encouragement, growth, and the kind of support that reminds us we’re not alone in this journey.

On April 24th, 2025, 40 women from across the snow and ice management industry including business owners, snow wives, trusted supplier partners, crew leaders, operators, and industry leaders, gathered at a venue fit for royalty.
Together, we soaked in Marina Middleton's powerful reminder: your brand isn’t just how you show up, but also how people speak about you when you aren’t even in the room, encouraging us to leave seeds of our reputation wherever we go.
Our events are so much more than a girl’s night out. They are a catalyst for growth for ourselves and for the industries we serve and are helping to shape. In our rooms, conversations spark ideas, connections strengthen teams, and new visions are born.

June 2025, in Grand Rapids, we gathered in Grand Rapids, MI ahead of the Snow and Ice Management Association Symposium for a night that reminded us: the most powerful moments don’t change who we are, but they uncover more of who we’ve always been.
With keynote speaker Angie Morgan’s words setting the tone, every woman in the room brought her own courage and curiosity. The energy that sparked from those conversations was the kind of magic that naturally happens when women show up ready to learn, grow and support one another.
We walked away with deeper friendship and new mindsets that inspired us to keep doing the work we’re here to do and reminded of what becomes possible when we rise together.
