The Influential Encounters Ambassador Program is a one-year development experience for women who want to grow personally and professionally while representing positive change within their workplaces, homes and communities.
Our ambassadors are so much more than passive participants.
They are trusted voices, connectors, and leaders who help shape environments where women feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to lead.
Through a blend of training, mentorship, and community engagement, ambassadors strengthen communication skills, deepen leadership presence, and build relationships that add value within their organizations and across their industries.
Program Objectives
Build Confidence & Presence
Give ambassadors practical tools and confidence to show up with authenticity, integrity, and steadiness in their workplaces and communities.
Enhance Communication Skills
Equip participants to navigate conversations with clarity, confidence, and mutual respect, especially in challenging or high-stakes situations.
Promote Healthy Boundaries
Support ambassadors in establishing boundaries and systems that protect energy, maintain focus, and support both personal and professional responsibilities.
Encourage Collaboration
Strengthen ambassadors’ ability to build trust, work across teams and industries, and contribute to inclusive, solution-oriented environments.
Expand Community Impact
Enable ambassadors to create welcoming, growth-centered spaces at events and online, fostering connection, engagement, and shared leadership.

We welcome two Ambassador cohorts each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Registration for our next cohort opens in January 2027, with the program beginning in March 2027.
