The Influential Encounters Ambassador Program is a one-year development experience for women who want to grow personally and professionally while representing positive change within their workplaces, homes and communities.
Our ambassadors are so much more than passive participants.

Through a blend of training, mentorship, and community engagement, ambassadors strengthen communication skills, deepen leadership presence, and build relationships that add value within their organizations and across their industries.
