What You Can Look Forward To…

We invite you to gather on April 23, 2026 with women who work in, or support, male-majority industries for an evening of connection and inspiration at Stokesay Castle in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Our dinner is designed to bring women together across roles and companies over a shared meal and open conversation, with the goal of building relationships that continue beyond the evening.

The night begins with a social hour featuring light connection activities and hors d’oeuvres, creating space to meet new faces and reconnect with familiar ones. Guests then move into a seated dinner, followed by a keynote speaker whose perspective adds depth to the conversation and encourages reflection. The evening closes with additional time to continue conversations and strengthen connections.

For those attending the Stork’s Plows Annual Snow Alliance Conference, this dinner offers a natural starting point, providing time to connect with other women in the industry before continuing those conversations over the days that follow.

Attendance is intentionally limited to keep the evening personal and conversational so we encourage you to lock in your seats early.

First time at one of our dinners? Don’t stress. We know that entering a room full of people you’ve never met before can be intimidating and we do everything possible make this a comfortable experience for you, starting by giving you the opportunity to meet other attendees in a What’sApp chat prior to the event, and making sure you are introduced as soon as you arrive.

We promise that no matter if this is your first dinner or you’re a returning friend, we’ll take good care of you!

DOUBLE THE IMPACT

Thank you to our Sponsors

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing sponsors, whose unwavering support and dedication make the work we do possible.

Their commitment to empowering women in male-majority industries is truly inspiring, and we’re so grateful for their partnership in helping create a space where women can come together to connect, grow, and succeed.

Annual Partners

BOSS Snowplow has joined our efforts in 2026 as our Emerging Leader Partner.

In addition to representing their own team at our events, the BOSS team has chosen to pay it forward by sponsoring an emerging female leader from the industry to participate in our programs throughout the year.

Their investment supports growth and development opportunities for women in male-majority industries, including Snow and Ice Management, through national dinners, immersive training experiences, as well as our Career Growth & Development Program.

We’re deeply grateful for their partnership and their example of leadership in action. Together, we’re shaping the next generation of confident, connected, and capable women across the industry.

We’re honored to recognize WESTERN Plows for their commitment to our growth and community.

Not only have they shown up at every event we’ve hosted, but they’ve leaned in as true friends and mentors, seeing the value of women in the industry standing together to encourage and uplift each other.

Together, we are building an industry where people want to come, grow, and stay. Thank you to WESTERN Plows and Douglas Dynamics, Inc. for your steady support, friendship, and belief in what we’re building.

Storm Equipment was one of the very first companies to see the value in our mission to encourage and support women in male-majority industries when it was still just a vision. They believed in what Influential Encounters could become, especially to women of the Snow & Ice industry, and with their support, that dream has grown into a growing community.

Their support didn’t stop there. They opened the Storm Academy training pad in Mankato, MN to our group, marking the first women’s-only event of its kind and enabling us to host our first multi-day experience. That event shifted the entire year, setting a new benchmark for connection, hands-on learning, and the kind of relationships that form when people have space and time together.

This year, Storm Equipment returns as our Amplification Partner helping us bring our experiences to life, contributing towards the often-unthought-of essentials like audio and visual needs at select events, as well as to the more prominent pieces like videography that allow our mission, stories, and brand to reach farther than the room itself. That is the heart of this partnership: strengthening what women experience in the room and carrying it outward to the rest of our homes, workplaces & industries.

We are grateful to continue partnering with Storm Equipment in 2026.

We are grateful to welcome back Spiritus Business Advisors, LLC as a returning sponsor for 2026. Spiritus has long been a champion of people-first leadership, helping business owners strengthen their teams, build confidence in their operations and grow in ways are both grounded and sustainable.

Their generosity is making it possible for woman receive scholarships to attend our events and participate in our learning program throughout 2026.

Thank you, Spiritus, for continuing to invest in this community and the women who are ready to step into new opportunities.

As a provider of weather intelligence and forecasting for weather-dependent industries, WeatherWorks understands the responsibility that comes with supporting teams whose work, planning, and safety are impacted by refined models and expertise. Over the past year, they have placed their presence directly in our rooms to openly discuss difficult topics like working motherhood, boundaries and planning, speaking up in rooms where you are not respected, and delivering consistent value in male-majority fields.

They have become many of our friends, offering counsel and encouragement along the way. We are so grateful for the way they continue to show up and are excited for the future with WeatherWorks as our partner!

We are honored to welcome Innovative Maintenance Solutions, Inc. as an Annual Sponsor, supporting scholarships for select 2026 gatherings. Their generosity makes it possible for women in our industry to learn, connect, and step forward with greater confidence during seasons when they may not have the means to do so otherwise.

This reflects the heart of our mission. When we choose to make our work bigger than ourselves, the industry grows stronger. Investing in people changes what is possible, and IMS continues to lead the way by helping women rise.

Thank you, IMS, for your generosity and your belief in the impact this community can have.
