Influential Encounters
is headed back to where it all started.
December 2024, our first gathering of women from the Snow and Landscaping industries gathered in Boston for our first event ever, sparking what has turned into a year full of connections and growth. Now we’re going back to reunite and this time, we’re opening the doors to our male counterparts who have stepped up to be our advocates and readily supported the movement to build women up within male-majority industries. We’ll dive into practical ways leaders and employees can strengthen communication, take shared ownership of company culture, and create workplaces where the uniqueness each person brings is recognized and valued.
